Responsibilities:
1.
Develop and implement effective corrective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance of industrial equipment and machinery.
2.
Conduct regular preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
3.
Troubleshoot and repair complex issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, and other mechanical systems.
4.
Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
5.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies such as Kaizen and Poka Yoke.
6.
Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.
7.
Conduct thorough analysis of equipment performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions.
8.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and maintenance logs.
9.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source and procure necessary spare parts and equipment for maintenance and repair purposes.
10.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in industrial engineering technologies and techniques, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
2.
Four years of experience in production planning within the automotive industry3.
Proven expertise in corrective and preventative maintenance methodologies.
4.
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and other mechanical systems.
5.
Proficiency in using software tools such as TMP and SAP for maintenance planning and tracking.
6.
Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen and Poka Yoke.
7.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
