Responsibilities:
Repair of assembly and material handling equipmentServicing and preventive maintenance of assembly, material handling equipment according to service instructions and control instructionsRebuilding and improvement of assembly equipment (root cause analysis and improvement)Creation of operating manuals, service instructions and control instructions for the production equipmentDetailed recording of the fulfilled tasks on a daily basis in SAPEffective coordination and execution of the assigned tasks and workordersResponsible for meeting the OSHA/safety requirements in the work area - maintain as requiredProposals for job related and organization related improvementsEnsure quality, effectiveness, cleanliness and keep your responsible area in orderUse of tools for calibration
Qualifications:
Technician, High School, Apprenticeship Mechatronic3 years experience in a maintenance department in the automotive industryEnsure compliance of quality systems to all required standards including customer specific requirementsAbility to communicate effectivelyKnowledge of Lock Out Tag Out operationsEDP knowledge (SAP R3, MS-Office)Experience in TPM, KAIZEN, Poka Yoke, continuous improvementTechnical knowledge and skills in electric, SPS (Siemens), CNC, robot technique, electric hydraulics, electric pneumatic, measuring technique, power drive technique, BUS system (ASI, Profil)If you are a highly motivated and skilled maintenance technician with a passion for ensuring optimal equipment performance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
